Asking
Opinion is a sentence which asking opinion or argument to other people to
satisfaction. Asking opinion adalah suatu ungkapan yang digunakan untuk menanyakan, suatu
pendapat.

Giving
Opinion is a sentence that gives a reason to someone or other people.
Giving opinion adalah suatu ungkapan yang digunakan untuk menjawab atau merespon
suatu pendapat.
M So, Asking and Giving Opinion is expressions that is used for talking about argument or opinion of two or more people Jadi Asking and Giving opinion adalah suatu ungkapan yang digunakan berargumen, bernanyak, menjawab atau merespon dalam suatu percakapan doa orang atau lebih.

Hani : Do you think it will rain today?
Ila : I guess it is going to rain today because the sky is cloudy.
Hani : I don’t think so, The sun still shines.
Dido : how do you feel about the 2014 election?
Deka : I believe that there’ll be many “golput”. Many people
don’t trust the leaders in this country anymore. They have
corrupted.
Dido : I disagree. As a good citizen we must choose our leader.
